Our Platform allows you to purchase tickets for different types of events organized by the “Student Council of the University of Lleida” and register for activities organized by the same Student Council. The “Student Council of the University of Lleida” is a body of the University of Lleida, with NIF Q7550001G.
This document sets out the conditions that apply to all the products you can purchase on the Platform, without prejudice to the fact that any particularity may be available for a specific product.

All intellectual and industrial property rights about the Platform, as well as its contents and graphic elements, belong to their respective owners and are protected by the Spanish and international legislation in matters of intellectual and industrial property.
Access and use of the Platform is free, except the services offered through it, which may be subject to particular conditions and a price that must be accepted by the user before contracting it.

Before purchasing products or buying tickets is important to carefully read the Terms of Purchase, in order to be sure that the Platform is offering what you are looking for and that you agree with the terms of sale.
These Purchase Conditions are available to the buyer before making the purchase and must be expressly marked to make the purchase.
By checking the option "I have read and I accept the Legal Conditions" you are pointing out that you agree the terms and conditions and you want to accept them. Any new features or tools that may be added to the current service will also be subjected to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, although these new conditions will only be applied to the Products you have already purchased if they offer you options that are more advantageous.
The reading and acceptance of these Terms of Purchase is a necessary condition for the use of the services of the Platform. These Purchase Conditions govern the relationship between the buyer of the Products and the organization of the event (Universitat de Lleida - Q7550001G).
As a buyer, you recognize that you have enough capacity to contract, have read and understood the present Purchase Conditions of the Platform and accept them.
If you are interested in purchasing Tickets for an Event, you must register after having carefully read the specific characteristics of the event and being agree with them before purchasing the Tickets.

If you have had any problems during the purchase process, you can contact the platform at the email "[email protected]".
In any case, you guarantee that the data you provide us is true and you are responsible for communicating us any changes or updates of them. Therefore, you will be the only responsible for responding to false or inaccurate information that you provide and about the data that you provide in your relations with us, other users and specially related to the Organizers.
The event will be considered suspended, substantially modified, or cancelled if the organizer itself communicates this suspension, substantial modification, or cancellation or if it can be proved through reliable means that this has been the case. In this case of cancellation, the customer will receive from the Platform a refund of the total price paid for their ticket (including management costs) within a maximum period of 10 days from the organizer's communication or that the Platform has echoed the reliable fact that proves it. No refund of the price paid will be made in case of suspension of the event, on the day of its realization or in the days before, due to motivated security reasons, considering the assumptions established in the licenses, security protocols or recommendations of the competent authorities in matters of security.
The refund will be made to the current account associated with the card used by the purchaser in the ticket purchase process. The customer will not have to take any action since it will be the Platform itself that will proactively make this refund. However, we will be happy to answer customers who ask us in this case.
Regarding the right of withdrawal as a consumer, for informational purposes only, we point out that the applicable regulations, specifically article 103 section l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, specifically excludes from the right of withdrawal the supply of services related to recreational activities.
You can request to unsubscribe from our Platform at any time by sending us an email to [email protected] and we will process it as soon as it’s possible. We will not ask you for justification for the effective cancellation, although we reserve the right to ask you about the reasons for this cancellation for statistical purposes and to improve the service. These Conditions will be governed and interpreted in according to the Spanish legislation. For any dispute that may arise from access or use of the Platform, the parties will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lleida (Spain), refusing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
